Please inspect your order upon reception and contact The 'Letics immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Please contact The 'Letics if you seek an exchange for an order you made with us. If your order is approved for an exchange, we will provide the return shipping label to you via email. Once we have emailed the return label, you will then have 30 DAYS to return the original product. Once we have attained the original item within 30 days of receiving your return label, we will then mail you your new product.
*If 30 days have elapsed and we have not yet received your original item, we will assume you are no longer interested in returning/exchanging your item, and we will not NOT make/send your new order.*

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM(S)?
● Please read under product description if item qualifies for an exchange.
● Once read, enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click "Start."
● Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return/exchange.
● You will receieve a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved. Please give 24-48 hours for a response.
WHAT ITEM(S) QUALIFY TO RETURN/EXCHANGE?
You can return your items within 30 DAYS of receipt of your shipment. In order to have an approved item, product MUST BE THE FOLLOWING:
1. In ORIGINAL condition when received/opened.
2. In some sense of the original packaging.
3. OF THE SAME ITEM (cannot exchange for a different product (i.e., different color) due to supply limitations). Please read under product description if item is exchangeable.
ARE THERE ANY EXTRA FEES FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES?
● There are no charges for a return/exchange.
● Original shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
● You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
