I. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE ORDERS TO SHIP?
Once an order is placed, production of the product will begin and will be shipped right after. It is up to USPS to then handle the rest.
Please allow for at least 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS from order date to receive product (US DOMESTIC). *Due to ongoing pandemic, delays might exceed pass expected shipping date.*
II. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship internationally.

III. WHERE IS MY ORDER? ORDER SAYS IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED IT..
When an order is getting prepared for delivery, an email is sent describing all order details. This includes the tracking number, the name of the carrier, the location of the product, and the APPROXIMATE shipping date. Please check all surrounding areas if you have not yet seen or have your package with you. If you did not or have not yet received the email, please contact us at support@theletics.com.

At checkout, we have an option for shipping insurance so if you believe your package is stolen or lost, you are able to file a claim and if approved, you can get your item resent to you. If not selected, keep in mind that The 'Letics is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged. Any problems with regards to a SHIPPED item must be clarified with the shipping carrier.
IV. HOW IS THE FITTING OF THE HOODIE?
All hoodies are true to size. All measurements listed in the product description are the accurate measurements of the hoodie.
V. WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF YOUR HOODIE?
All hoodies are made of a 60/40 polyester/cotton blend.
VI. HOW SHOULD WE CARE FOR THE HOODIES?
For optimal design preservation, you can machine wash hoodies on a warm temperature and dry through a medium tumble level. It is recommended to not iron nor dry clean, and to use a non-chlorine bleach (use if hoodie is white).
