I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE. WHAT DO I DO?

  • Please contact us if you want your size to be changed so we can change it ASAP.
  • If you have already received your order and desire a larger/smaller size, direct yourself to our EXCHANGES tab and follow for further instructions.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER I PLACED AN ORDER?

  • Of course! If there is a mistake or if you want to change the shipping address, contact us ASAP.

We do not possess the ability to change:

  • The order's BILLING address
  • Any SHIPPED order that is already on its way for delivery.

I ACCIDENTALLY PURCHASED SOMETHING. CAN I GET A REFUND?

  • Keep in mind that we have multiple disclaimers posted on our website stating that "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" which ultimately means that we cannot refund an order.
  • What we can do is offer you either a different sized item or another item(s) of similar price of your choice in exchange.
  • Please let us know ASAP by email once a decision has been made so we can proceed forward with your order.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHERE IS IT?

  • Please ensure that ALL folders of your email has been inspected. There will be times that our Order Confirmation emails are mistakenly sent to the "Spam/Junk" folders. If a Gmail account was used to place an order, our Order Confirmation email would oftentimes be placed into the special "Promotions" folder. In the event that you still have not yet received one, please email us so we can resend it.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

  • Please keep in mind that we operate a made to order business. We ask that each customer practice patience and expect the order to be delivered in one's hands.
  • Please allow for at least 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS from order date to receive product (U.S. DOMESTIC).

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

  • Yes, we ship internationally.

WHERE IS MY ORDER? ORDER SAYS IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED IT.

  • When an order is getting prepared for delivery, an email is sent describing all order details. This includes the tracking number, the name of the carrier, the location of the product, and the APPROXIMATE shipping date. Please check all surrounding areas if you have not yet seen or have your package with you. If you did not or have not yet received the email, please check all folders (ie., Spam, Promotions), and/or contact us at support@theletics.com.

At checkout, we have an option for shipping insurance. If you believe your package is stolen or lost, you are able to file a claim and if approved, you can get your item resent to you. If not selected, keep in mind that The 'Letics Apparel, Inc. is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damage. Any problems with regards to a SHIPPED item must be clarified with the shipping carrier.
