Happy Cambodian New Years! We are celebrating the New Year in honor of a few of our families' and loved ones' all time favorite dishes: 

• Beef Lok Lak (Stir-fried beef served with vegetables and a side of salt, pepper and lemon)
• Lot Cha (Stir-fried short rice noodles cooked with egg, greens, beef, topped with a fried egg)
• Kuy Teav (Noodle soup with beef broth and rice noodles, topped with herbs, bean sprouts, and meat/shrimp)
• Rice with Chinese Sausage and Fried Egg (Steamed rice topped with a sweet-savory Chinese sausage and a fried egg drizzled with soy sauce)
• Samlor Machu (Sour soup made with lemon grass, meats, and morning glory)
• Steak with Anchovy Sauce (Pan-seared beef served with a anchovy-based sauce and a side of rice and veggies)
